Free Senior Carers
Our Filipino Senior Carers are degree-qualified Registered Nurses in their own country, the Philippines, with at least 2 years of experience of general nursing in a Hospital or Care Home setting.
They are all high calibre, hard-working, flexible and efficient, and they are well known for their cheerful, positive attitude, which is great for the general level of morale amongst both staff and residents. All are competent in the English language, with minimum IELTS bandscore 6.5.
There is NO CHARGE TO YOU for the placement, but we do ask the employer to arrange accommodation for the applicant, since they are best placed to do this, using their local knowledge. Normally, the accommodation is situated convenient to the Care Home so that the employer can benefit from having these flexible people close to hand. The actual rental cost of the accommodation is deducted by the employer from monthly salary.
