Free NVQ Student/Care Assistants

Our Filipino NVQ Student/Care Assistants undertake training through UKBA registered Training Providers in the United Kingdom. These students require a work placement with a Care Home employer in order to complete the practical part of their NVQ training. They will be taking NVQ Levels 3 or 3+4 in care at NO COST TO THE EMPLOYER, under the Tier 4 Home Office Student Visa scheme, and depending on their course they can be with their employer for 1 to 2.5 years. They are all competent in the English language.

You do not pay for the placement or the NVQ course. For the hours that they work for you, their pay will be at the minimum wage rate, or higher at your discretion. We will arrange all paperwork necessary including police checks, previous employment references and the Student Visa for your applicants.

We do ask the employer to arrange accommodation for the applicant, since they are best placed to do this, using their local knowledge. Normally, the accommodation is situated convenient to the Care Home so that the employer can benefit from having these flexible people close to hand. The actual rental cost of the accommodation is deducted by the employer from monthly salary.
